Al-Sumaria News - Security

The Anti-Crime Directorate announced today, Sunday, the arrest of a person accused in accordance with Article 4 of terrorism for opening fire on a residential house within the Al-Bayaa area, in the capital, Baghdad.

The Directorate stated, in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “Detachments of the Al-Bayaa Anti-Crime Office were able to arrest a suspect wanted according to Article 4 of terrorism, for opening fire on a residential building within the Al-Bayaa area in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].”

She pointed out that "the investigation papers were presented before the investigating judge and he decided to arrest him in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law."
