Najafi denies Rafie al-Issawi nomination for the post of defense minister

Iraqi forces denied the alliance (representative of the Sunni Arabs in parliament) and the nomination of former Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi to the post of defense minister. The leader of the coalition forces Mohammed al-Khalidi said that «the issue Rafie al-Issawi had been promoted after the issuance of a statement concocted for the leader of the united Osama Najafi refers to the nomination of al-Issawi and Hajim Husseini», indicating that «Najafi asked me to inform the media, dismissed this statement as it is still there significant differences within the alliance between the Iraqi forces candidates Jaber Khaled al-Obeidi and Jabri ». He added that «deputies inside Nineveh alliance forces tend to nominate al-Obeidi and signed a statement in this regard». It is said that a number of MPs alliance Iraqi forces had declared their candidacy for the post-Issawi and Minister of Defense in the case has been assigned to the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Ameri post of Interior Minister.
