An official source in the presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives that the Council received the draft law of the formation of the National Guard to discuss the clauses after to resume his work in 14 of the current month.
The source explained in a statement to the news agency: The heads of parliamentary blocs have some observations on the draft law, will be agreed upon solution was introduced to the members of the House of Representatives.
It is said that both houses of the governorates of Anbar (west), Diyala (center) has declared this week to begin the formation of the first nucleus of the National Guard troops.
The deputy chairman of the Council of Anbar Faleh al-Issawi said around 500 component of the new volunteers enrolled in the ranks of power in the Amiriyah Fallujah.

Article first definitions:

Article II: the formation of military forces:

Article V: not permissible for National Guard troops to exercise their work outside the borders of the province at all and may not enter forces from outside the province, both from the Iraqi army or the National Guard to other provinces, or the rest of the security agencies from outside the province only after the approval of the responsible local authorities within the province or building request an exception to declare a state of emergency and war, the decision of the House of Representatives
Article VI: forming local committees in each province to implement the provisions of this law after issuing special instructions to facilitate the implementation by the Ministry of Defense and the committees shall be composed of representatives from the Ministry of Defense and the General Command of the Armed Forces and members of provincial councils and linked to three committees head of the central chaired by the Vice-Prime Minister and the membership of the defense minister and his advisers National Security and a representative of the General Command of the Armed Forces and the people's representatives from each province and three committees to be monitored and addressed each of the sub-committees for the three regions, namely South, West and North.
Article VII: The Ministry of Defence issued instructions for the implementation of the provisions of this law in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
ARTICLE VIII: This law after approval by the House of Representatives and published in the Official Gazette.
