British newspaper reveal finance officer of Qatar Central Bank for "terrorists" in Iraq and Syria

The Daily Telegraph revealed on Saturday, for the employees of the Central Bank of Qatar Khalifa Muhammad Turki called Subai'i funding "terrorists" in Syria and Iraq, noting that it was funded by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Revealed documents published by the Treasury Department for the American links between Subai'i and funded "terrorist" accused of financing al-Qaida branch in Syria to carry out the bombing of aircraft passengers using explosives inside containers of toothpaste, according to the newspaper.

The Qatari authorities have arrested Subai'i in 2008 on charges of funding "terrorist" activities, but was released after six months, only to return again to the fund-raising operations and the financing of terrorist activities in both Iraq and Syria.

And American troops foiled bombing schemes passenger aircraft bombed the headquarters of a branch of al Qaeda in Syria last week.
