    Information/Baghdad..
The representative of the Iraqi Al-Basas coalition, Kamel Al-Ugaili, confirmed today, Tuesday, that terrorists, corrupt people, and drug traffickers are not included, pointing out that there are certain conditions to determine those included in the amnesty law.

Al-Ugaili said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The Iraqi Constitution prohibits amnesty for terrorist crimes and those whose hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis.”
He added, "There are certain conditions to determine those covered by the general amnesty law, as it will not include those convicted of terrorist crimes and those involved in corruption and waste of public money."
He pointed out that "terrorism and crimes of financial and administrative corruption are the most prominent points that stand in the way of approving the general amnesty law."
Al-Ugaili pointed out that “the general amnesty is for innocent people and those whose involvement in terrorist crimes has not been proven.”
The representative of the State of Law coalition in Rady had confirmed that terrorists would not be included in the general amnesty law, indicating that the law needed more political consensus. Ended / 25 h
