"
    He Hilfi, that "Basra is one of the most polluted cities in the Middle East as a result of oil production," adding that "the safety procedures required to keep the population from the oil sites, including at least 100 km," calling "the local government in Basra, and the government Federal, need to take into account the environmental determinants in
    licensing rounds to protect the population, especially that there are people who live in areas of production, as is the case in the field Albrjsuh, west of Basra. "
