During a meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, today, Thursday, with the new Chinese consul in the region, it was announced that entry visas (visas) would be granted to those wishing to travel to China directly, starting from the beginning of next year.[/size]
[size=45]A statement issued after the meeting said that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, received the new Chinese Consul General to the Region, Liu Jun, on Thursday. In Erbil.[/size]
[size=45]The statement indicated that Talabani stressed joint work to strengthen relations on the commercial and industrial sides and develop the technological field and ITV in the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
[size=45]For his part; The Chinese Consul announced his readiness to coordinate and work with the regional government to advance relations, noting that a center for Chinese studies will soon be opened at Sulaymaniyah University and they will work to build academic relations between universities in China and the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
[size=45]In another part of the meeting, the two sides touched on giving importance to cultural relations between Chinese cities and cities in the region, where the Chinese consul expressed his admiration for the city of Sulaymaniyah, which has a rich cultural experience, declaring that he is working to build cultural and artistic relations between Sulaymaniyah and one of the cities of China.[/size]
