{Local: Al-Furat News} The Independent High Electoral Commission clarified, today, Saturday, the voting mechanism for the security forces in general polling centers.
Imad Jamil, head of the media team for the Election Commission, told Al-Furat News Agency, “The private voting will take place in schools close to the military units, and there will be no voting in the units. Rather, it will be in the same public polling centers. If the member is from a governorate different from the one he works in, he will vote.” By voting in the governorate, his vote goes to his original governorate.”
He added, "The Commission's employees will be coordinating during the general vote and will not be inside the polling stations."
