Reconsidering the fines of the excretion law

Baghdad Governorate is moving to reconsider the amounts of fines imposed on residential homes that violate secrecy laws, whose amounts range from one million to two million dinars. The Director of Baghdad Municipalities, Engineer Yasser Al-Quraishi, told “Al-Sabah”: The Council of Ministers had previously voted on a draft law regulating the secretion boundaries for agricultural lands and orchards and issuing subdivision land registration bonds, in order to regulate the process of obtaining lands, noting that there are residential homes that have been built and exploited. Of its informal residents and it is located within the boundaries of the lands included in the counting. Al-Quraishi pointed out that the Directorate officially addressed the governorate in light of the dissatisfaction of the people of the outskirts and sub-districts, for the purpose of reconsidering the amount imposed on them, as it is not compatible with their standard of living.
