UNHCR: 40% of biometric cards have arrived in the governorates, and training of observers is continuing

{Local: Al-Ferlet News} The Independent High Electoral Commission announced today, Sunday, that biometric cards have reached all governorates by 40%.
Imad Jamil, director of the media team of the Election Commission, told Al-Furat News Agency: “All biometric cards arrived in the country and were distributed to all governorates, and the distribution rate reached 40%.”
He added, "The training operations for observers are continuing and will continue until the 13th of this month, and training is continuing on installing the cameras, their software, and uploading. All of this process will take 72 hours between installation, programming, and uploading."
