    Information / Baghdad...
A political movement confirmed, on Wednesday, that the December 18 elections will put an end to Al-Halbousi’s remaining ambitions.

The Secretary-General of Bayraq Al-Khair, Muhammad Al-Khalidi, said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The future of Muhammad Al-Halbousi ended following the Federal Court’s decision to terminate his membership because it confirms the occurrence of the crime of forgery, for which he has not yet been tried, in addition to the presence of other cases.”
He added, "Halbousi's trials may begin after the December 18 elections in light of what we see, but in any case the elections will put an end to what remains of his ambitions, especially since his loss has become greater than before in light of our readings."
He pointed out that "the disintegration of Al-Halbousi's alliance is just a matter of time, especially since it was originally built on the principle of power and position, which are missing with the termination of his membership and loss of the presidency of the House of Representatives."
The Federal Court decided two weeks ago to terminate the membership of Muhammad Al-Halbousi against the backdrop of the Laith Al-Dulaimi case. Ended 25 February
