The Minister of Electricity, Ziyad Ali Fadel, revealed work to convert 560 government institutions to work with solar energy.
The minister said in a televised interview, “The Iranian pipeline network will be used to import gas from Turkmenistan.” Pointing to "work to convert 560 government institutions to work with solar energy."
He added, "The highest load at peak demand for electrical energy reached 40,000 megawatts last summer." He added, "We will launch an electronic payment program in the coming days for the electric energy usage bill."
He continued, "Government support for the domestic electricity bill is 75%."
He stressed, “Solar energy projects will enter service during the next two years at a rate of more than 2,000 megawatts.” Noting that, “We are working to convert 560 government institutions to work with solar energy.”[/rtl]
