Parliamentary Finance: transportation projects this year to the next

BAGHDAD / Source News / .. A member of the Finance Committee Ala Back Sunday, the transfer of most of the projects this year to the next, stressing the need to approve the 2015 budget during the first month of the year.
He said the return in a press statement that "the budget year has suffered from a significant delay did not recognize until now because of shipping and the differences between the political blocs and different vision about the share of the Kurdistan region and other problems, what caused an imbalance of the economy in general and investment projects and strategy in the country in particular." And that "this year has reached its end, and even if it was approving the budget after a few days it is not possible to start any of the provinces and ministries their projects because it needs time to tenders and a lot of things routine." He added that "the majority of projects (in 2014) will be converted into (2015), which will be the funds to balance the two together, and this is what it may allow the implementation of large projects and strategy." He called for the return of the House of Representatives to "Almoisnin at the beginning of next year and not Takhiarhama, to achieve sustainable development and raise the value of the investment in the country,"
