    Assesses the House of Representatives on Wednesday October 15, 2014 on the occasion of Eid Al-Ghadeer celebration of Trafalgar and the anniversary of the referendum on the permanent Iraqi constitution. He gave a member of the board of Presidency of the Council of Representatives Sheikh d. Hamoudi a speech today presided over a meeting of the Council of Representatives which confirmed that the council will hold an exhibition and celebration of the book in addition to the launch of an initiative to honor the governmental institutions of excellence in the performance of public service to the citizen.
    The following is the text of the speech:
    I am honored to congratulate your behalf for the Iraqi people, proud and patient Eid al-Adha and Eid Ghadir Trafalgar, pray to the Almighty and the blessings of these days, the venerable, to grant to our stability and prosperity and our security, safety and well-being and to our martyrs mercy and high grades and our wounded a speedy recovery and our troops from the army and the popular mobilization and forces Peshmerga and the security forces and victory prevail over the enemies of Iraq, and more compassion and solidarity, and also to congratulate Haggagna fully pilgrimage and their safe return to their homes, asking God Almighty to be successful Hajj and effort and graciously forgiven sin and supplication Mostagaba.
    I can not fail to mention that tomorrow marks the anniversary of the referendum on the permanent Iraqi constitution in 2005 and the passage of nine years, it, on the day of the referendum gave our people, nearly 37 martyrs and was a witness to his faith and his insistence that the rest of the way to build a new Iraq based on the will of the people and to achieve dignity and freedom, and still offers daily offerings loved ones, the martyrs and victims in the way of dignity, freedom and future, we hope the media attention to this important anniversary and Bmattiyadtha ..
    The celebration will be held and a book fair and a special section on the writing of the draft constitution in which documents, pictures, and movies, and will launch an initiative honoring the government institutions that have been successful and characterized in the performance of public service to the citizen.
