Shafaq News/ On Thursday, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its concern about the tensions between Iran, Iraq and Pakistan, calling on all parties to exercise restraint.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement: “We express our concern about the escalating developments following the Iranian attacks on targets inside Iraqi and Pakistani territory, which were followed by Pakistani attacks on some targets inside Iranian territory this morning.”
In its statement, the Foreign Ministry stressed the necessity of resolving problems on the basis of existing friendship and brotherhood in accordance with mutual respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of countries, within the framework of the basic principles of international law, and the Charter of the United Nations in particular.
