    [rtl]Today, Monday, the Ministry of Planning counted the completion rate of the Mosul International Airport rehabilitation project, while confirming that the rehabilitation of the airport aims to bring it back into service.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The ministry stated, in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, that "a team from the Ministry of Planning reviewed the project to rehabilitate Mosul International Airport with infrastructure and annexes in the city of Mosul in Nineveh Governorate."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]She added, "The visit came with the aim of reviewing the stages of work progress, identifying the problems that hinder the completion of these projects, and taking the necessary measures to address them," indicating that "the rehabilitation of the airport aims to bring it back into service after its destruction, and to provide a service for transporting passengers and goods to the governorate in particular and to the country in particular."     [rtl]She indicated that “the project completion rate reached (28%),” explaining that “the project includes rehabilitating the runway with a length of (3) kilometers, a width of (45) meters, and shoulders of (7.5) metres, and the construction of (10) buildings, including: the hall and a tower.” Navigation, maintenance, and firefighting, in addition to the health and emergency center, as well as an external fence with a length of (12) kilometers.”[/rtl]
