Representative Aqeel Al-Fatlawi confirmed, on Saturday, that Washington had violated the Coordination Framework Agreement, indicating Parliament’s readiness to issue a new resolution regarding the foreign presence.
Al-Fatlawi said in an interview, “Parliament issued an official decision in 2020 to remove American forces from the country, and it is ready to issue a similar decision at the present time and support the government’s steps in this direction,” pointing out that “Baghdad has a strategic framework agreement with Washington, which was concluded in 2011, but it was concluded.” It is constantly violated by America.”
