    Explained the parliamentary finance committee, that the oil dispute between the federal government and the Kurdistan region, is the main reason for the delay in approving the budget bill for fiscal 2014.

    The committee member said MP for the MDC Masood Haider told the "site Khandan": "There is hope in the adoption of the budget in 2014, and we are in the Finance Committee, we expect its arrival this week to the committee," he said, adding that the reason for the delay and the arrival of the federal government to the UN House of Representatives with a view to approval, is the oil dispute between Baghdad and Erbil. "

    And between Haider, said that "the controversy respect to the amount of oil exports from the Kurdistan region, and the punitive measures on the region in the absence of export," he said, adding that all the political blocs determined to approve the budget as soon as possible.
