Al-Sudani stresses the need for projects to be compatible with the government direction

Yesterday, Tuesday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani stressed the need for Baghdad projects to be compatible with the general direction of the government program, stressing the importance of working in an integrated manner between the governorate’s agencies and their counterparts in the Baghdad Municipality and the ministries.
A statement from his office stated that “the Prime Minister received the new governor of Baghdad, Abdul Muttalib Ali Al-Alawi,” indicating that “Al-Sudani blessed the choice of the governor and his carrying out his duties.”
According to the statement, the Prime Minister stressed “the importance of the responsibility that awaits those who hold this position, and the breadth of requirements that the citizen is expected to meet.”
Al-Sudani reiterated "the need for governorate projects to be compatible with the general orientation of the government program, and its service and economic priorities, especially since the scope of responsibility assigned to Baghdad Governorate agencies will witness many strategic projects and major infrastructure projects, all of which will benefit the residents of the city of Baghdad."
He pointed out "the necessity of working in an integrated manner between the Baghdad Governorate agencies and their counterparts in the Baghdad Municipality and the ministries, in order to shorten time, mobilize efforts, make the most of the allocations, and set service targets in a realistic and thoughtful manner."
