    Data issued by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics in Egypt revealed that Iraq imported more than 600 million dollars during the 11 months from January until the end of November of last year 2023.
    The agency stated in statistics seen by “Al-Iqtisad News” that “the total Egyptian exports to the countries of the Arab Common Market during the first 11 months of last year amounted to about 3.263 billion dollars, compared to about 2.916 billion dollars during the same period last year, an increase of Its value was $347 million, registering an increase of 11.8%.
    He explained that "Libya topped the group of Arab countries that imported the most Egyptian goods during the past year, amounting to $1.621 billion."
    The statistics also indicated that “Egyptian exports to Iraq amounted to about 646.721 million dollars during the first 11 months of last year 2023, compared to 475.184 million dollars in the same period of 2022, an increase amounting to 171.537 million dollars.”
    It is noteworthy that Iraq imports Egyptian goods: (plastics, electrical machinery and equipment, essential oils, tobacco, furniture, glass, glassware, etc.).
