    Shafaq
News / The parliamentary economic committee in the Iraqi parliament
revealed on Friday, transferring a trillion and 300 billion dinars from
the defense appropriations of the Russian deal to provincial budgets
within paragraphs of the budget approved by the parliament yesterday.

    The
member of the Committee and MP of Diyala , Nahida al-Daini told "Shafaq
News" that “voting on the budget was unanimous away from the deals as
all the demands of al- Iraqiya list were included in the budget and
considered voting on the budget as a great victory for al- Iraqiya List.

    Daini
explained that "the parliament approved transferring a trillion and 300
billion dinars from the defense allocations to the provinces’ budget
for the current year in addition to returning dismissed security
personnel because of security information to their jobs as well as
adopting assigning Awakening forces permanently regardless of procedures
which excludes age and certificate to include all the Awakening force
    with their rights ".

The Iraqi parliament voted on Thursday on
the federal budget, which sparked a lot of controversy, including a
paragraph of the oil companies operating in Kurdistan Region issue.

The budget estimated for 2013 worth 138 trillion dinars (equivalent to 118.6 billion dollars).
