The President concluded al-Jubouri and his accompanying delegation on Thursday evening of his official visit to Kuwait, which lasted three days and that he met with the Emir of the State and the Prime Minister as well as the signing of a joint memorandum between the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the National Assembly of Kuwait.
