[size=45]The Investment Authority in Najaf Governorate denied its relationship with changing the location of the lands allocated to health employees “first sector” and converting them to investment, confirming that the change occurred during the time of the previous governor, and that the Authority is the last link in issuing the investment license.[/size]
[size=45]The authority stated in a statement:
While we keep our sights on serving the heroes of the first battle and supporting them in obtaining their rights to plots of land, we are surprised by the existence of a systematic campaign to mislead the facts and mix up the papers about the location of their lands. Here we would like to clarify that whoever converted the type of their lands into residential and investment is... The former governor laid the foundation stone for it, and that the initial approvals are not issued by the Investment Authority, but rather by the municipality and the relevant departments, conditional on the approval of the governor, and the last link in issuing the investment license is the Investment Authority in the governorate...so clarification is required.[/size]
