MP Moussawi calls for the adoption of the standard, rather than Mahromep ratio of the population with the provincial non-oil producing

Student leader of the Bloc Virtue MP Abdul-Hussein al-Moussawi, on Tuesday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Mahromep adoption of the standard, rather than the standard ratio of the population with the provincial non-oil producers in the draft federal budget law .
Moussawi said in a press statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of which was that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and before sending the draft federal budget law that is supposed to send within two days to the House to adopt the standard Mahromep instead of the standard ratio of the population with the provincial non-oil producing in the budget . "
"It's necessary for the brothers in the central government to observe the level of deteriorating infrastructure in these provinces and find ways that make it in the ranks of peers from other provinces, especially that some provinces Caldewanah banned from production and extraction of oil from its wells as part of the plan the next decade."
