Ghazwan Shabani demanding to give privacy to the provinces non-oil producers in the budget
(For independent) .. MP for the province of Diwaniyah Ghazwan Shabani Council of Ministers of the provinces by giving non-oil producing privacy of the federal budget before being sent to Parliament.
Shabani said a statement today that "Diwaniya do not have natural resources and non-producing oil and this is what made them dependent on the allocated from the general budget and they need to dozens of service projects for the Council of Ministers to take account of these privacy in the general budget.
"The Diwaniya must take into account the standard Mahromep instead of the standard ratio of the population in the share of the budget. (End) SOURCE
