Analysts: Sudanese's visit to Washington will achieve excellent results in the future

Political analysts expressed their satisfaction with the results of the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to the United States of America, considering it an important visit that could achieve excellent results for the next stage.
Political affairs researcher Dr. Ghaleb Al-Daami said that if the agreements are implemented according to their comprehensive standards, they will serve Iraq.
Al-Daami added, in an interview with “Al-Sabah”: The strategic framework agreement needs partisan support in Iraq and political will, since America is a major and superpower that, through Iraq’s cooperation with it, can serve to benefit from energy sources, the economy, and security aspects, stressing that it will have benefits in If it is done in all its aspects and there is a clear direction for activating and implementing it in all its details.
Meanwhile, political analyst Ziad Al-Arar believed that the Sudanese visit to America is important.
Al-Arar added to Al-Sabah that Iraq has always demanded a frank dialogue with Washington, adding that, however, expectations of the success of the visit and its practical outcomes are still early.
As for the academic expert in the field of combating international terrorism, Dr. Nabil Al-Obaidi, he pointed out that Al-Sudani’s visit to the United States of America has great dimensions and content.
Al-Obaidi explained, in an interview with “Al-Sabah,” that with regard to its results, what matters to Iraq is that there be security strategies on the ground to combat terrorism at the level of Iraq, especially since the country suffers from fragments of “ISIS” and other terrorist organizations that may exploit the current conditions of the region. .
Al-Obaidi stated that there will be results in terms of security and strategy through the use of advanced technology, techniques and weapons in combating terrorism through a major agreement between the two countries.
He expressed his hope that there would be a change after the visit so that Iraq would play a major role greater than this in terms of politics and stability, and in preserving the security and safety of Iraq.
Security expert Mukhled Al-Hazem points out the importance of activating the strategic framework agreement file for Iraq, which has been neglected since its signing in 2008, and only working with the security and defense file is one of the seven articles of the agreement.
Al-Hazem added to “La Sabah” that activating other files in the fields of energy, climate, health, culture, and the economy is very important. Today, Iraq’s economy is rentier, and without activating these other files, its economy will remain threatened.
He stated that Sudanese, since the formation of the government, has been active and calls for his government to be for services, and when he went to Washington, he renewed his emphasis on the services file, developing medium- and long-term strategies within projects, and signing agreements in important areas such as energy and gas.
He explained that the Iraqi economy has the potential to advance for many years provided that the appropriate ground is prepared, and the Prime Minister, through his experience in the state in all positions, has a clear vision of how to manage it.
Al-Hazem stressed that Sudanese’s visit to Washington and the conclusion of agreements are in the interest of the people, especially in the field of armaments and energy, as sovereignty cannot be complete unless there is an integrated air, land and sea system.
He pointed out the need for openness to all axes and for balance to be the basis of our relations with all countries, as it is not possible to go towards one country at the expense of another.
