DICK ACT OF 1902… CAN’T BE REPEALED (GUN CONTROL FORBIDDEN) PROTECTION AGAINST A TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT

    The
Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R.
    11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It
also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

** SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE **
    ...
    The
three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia,
henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and
District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.

    The
militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and
    45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal
right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as
many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post
facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Good Post, hope it makes around to all... ;)

I was watching the news the other day where in New York, 100's lined up to turn in their guns for a gift card, I thought what idiots. I fill sorry for what happened in Connecticut but that for me is all the more reasons to own guns so I can be the first to kill the scum before he kills the weak/unaware and innocent...

I know one of the commandments is "tho shall not kill", but the bible also teaches to not be a idiot, other words common sense that was given to you imho.

    I agree neno.
The other night I was listening to Jack Van Impe and he quoted this scripture which I had never heard or read. I found it interesting.

    Luke 22:36
    "He said to them, 'But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag;
and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.' "

I know one of the commandments is "thou shall not kill", but the bible also teaches to not be a idiot, other words common sense that was given to you imho.

It wasn't uncommon for travelers to carry a short sword to protect
themselves against bandits and thieves who preyed on them in the lonely
stretches of road. Jesus may be anticipating the time when the disciples
would travel hundreds of miles beyond Jerusalem, as tradition tells us
they did. To carry a small sword doesn't make them violent or evil men,
just men prepared for any contingency.

Therefore. I think I'll carry my sword with a trigger.

True but I've got an old rusty gun sitting in my basement that i found in the bottom of a dried up pond, I would imagine those were the kinds of guns turned in......... but I don't know that for a fact, that's just what i would do. LOL then take my gift card an buy ammo.

durring the last ban they just didn't want you to buy them from stores or gun shows, I could still buy one from a friend.......... so it does nothing to stop mass shootings.

Take the money we send as "foreign aid" and use it to hire veterans that can't find work for school security. Better for everyone, except the folks we give billions to each year that don't like us.

I like it, but I wouldnt want to tell anyone what teachers have a gun because it makes them the first target. So I say random teachers, that way the shooter has no idea were those teachers are at......... not everone likes guns so you can't force one down ALL teachers throat's, but I'm with you.
