     Information / Baghdad..
Today, Saturday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee criticized the government’s failure to send the budget schedules.
Committee member MP Hussein Moanis told Al-Ma’louma, “The government’s delay in sending amendments to the budget schedules to Parliament is an unhealthy condition and a mistake repeated every year, calling on the Council of Ministers to expedite the approval of the schedules and send them to Parliament.”
He added, "Despite the pressure exerted by the Finance Committee on the government to complete and approve the schedules, the delay continues, and this is a clear government negligence that has contributed to obstructing many important issues related to projects and other financial entitlements."
The Council of Ministers was scheduled to approve the amendments to the budget schedules during its meeting last Tuesday. Ended / 25 AD
