    Twilight News / senior US official said the United States was working closely with the government of the Kurdistan region of Iraq to stop the smuggling of oil in an effort to cut important funding for the terrorist organization Daash source.

    The Reuters had said in a report in July that al Daash sold oil through Turkish smugglers to traders cheaply while the amounts of refining crude oil and selling it in Syria Kbenzin in Mosul.
    An adviser to the Ministry of Oil that Daash sold oil worth about one million dollars per day during the first two weeks of July.
    He told the US envoy that the United States is working with the Iraqi Kurdistan to learn about the ways of oil smuggling, trucks and traders involved in the smuggling and prevent cross-border smuggling operations through the establishment of checkpoints and also dealing with the buyers.
    Hokestein said "oil escapes from several ways to several countries. Therefore efforts must cover the whole chain to prevent the smuggling operations of the Islamic state."
    But smuggling routes change as the air strikes led by the United States changed the pace of the flow of oil.
    He Hokestein "Roads change and perhaps some passes through Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Kurdistan and possibly Jordan. Is not fixed and that it is difficult but I think that the efforts have succeeded in slowing down the process."
