The Supreme Judicial Council directed, today, Thursday, to take severe legal measures against the perpetrators of the crime of leaking and selling ministerial questions.
The Supreme Judicial Council stated, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that “the Council held its seventh session under the chairmanship of the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Faiq Zaidan, where it was decided to approve extending the service of a number of judges according to the needs of the courts in which they work.”
According to the statement, the Council discussed holding a celebration on the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Federal Court of Cassation, given this important and influential event in the history of the Iraqi judiciary.
The Council also directed the investigating judges to “take severe legal measures against those who violate the safety and security instructions of civil defense and against the perpetrators of the crime of leaking and selling ministerial questions.”
