    Twilight news, said House of representatives member from Diyala nahida Al-daini, on Wednesday, Parliament agreed to abolish budget 2014 and transfer customizations pay scales and job openings, salary welfare increases to balance the budget by 2015 2014 will be in the form of bonds to amounts that have been paid this year.


    Al-daini said in an interview for "twilight news, budget 2014 will include exchange of bonds amounts paid the crowd and buy weapons and displaced persons set up by the Cabinet for a vote before Parliament, emphasizing that the 2014 budget investment projects excluding projects agreed by the provincial Council and the Ministry of planning.

    The Parliament decided to reduce the testimony of 2015 to address budget deficit 2014 some 65 billion dollars, noting that the specialized Committee in the Council of Ministers managed to reduce the deficit to 5 percent through the Elimination of some sections of the budget for 2014.

    Al-daini revealed the political moves of financial disputes between break Kurdistan Government and the Federal Government, calling upon the Kurdistan Government to offer some concessions to facilitate the adoption of the federal budget.

    The Kurdistan Alliance grants Parliament Presidency Committee for oil and gas along with the Islamic Supreme Council leader, Adel Abdul Mahdi oil bag in an effort to end disagreements and financial problems, and oil between the Kurdistan Government and the Federal Government.
