The Director General of the Real Estate Registry in the Kurdistan Region announced that the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, decided to reduce mortgage fees, and that the decision will be implemented as of Sunday, July 28.[/size]
[size=45]Dr. Luqman Omar, Director General of the Land Registry in the Kurdistan Region, said: The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, decided, based on their proposal, to reduce the mortgage fees, which were previously 2.5% when placing the mortgage, and 2.5% when lifting the mortgage, so that the total mortgage became 5%, but now the mortgage has been reduced to 1% when placing and lifting, which is in the interest of citizens.[/size]
