[ltr] Parliamentary Legal Committee began creating a draft law of the Federal Court in order to be submitted to a vote at the earliest session, as members said. They described the legislation of the Federal Court Act as "the real beginning of the reform of the judiciary," stressing that the decisions of the Federal Court issued an "unconstitutional" and that the Maliki government even intervened in the appointment of judges.

He went on a member of the Liberal bloc and former planning minister, saying "in the event of the completion of the Federal Court Act will serve to fortify the judiciary and fully guarantees freedom inside the issuance of decisions."  The Iraqi Council of Representatives, has finished reading the law of the Federal Court on 19 August in the hope that the legal committee include observations of the political blocs and presented again. [rtl]بد[/rtl] Amin Bakr, in turn, the other member of the Legal Committee, stressed that "the process of reform in the judicial institution linked to a change of some political leaders, which was dominated by the judiciary."
 He said Baker, in a statement to the "long", "The previous government was interfering in the affairs and the work of the judiciary and even in the appointment of judges," noting that "some judges paid his fear of political threats caving and lack of judicial independence in the previous session."

 In the meantime, confirms Mohammed Karbouli, Bloc MP for the Iraqi Forces Union, "During the visit of the President of the House of Representatives to Najaf reference emphasized the need for the independence of the judiciary and tackle corruption in it."

 Article (89) of the Constitution provides that "The federal judiciary consists of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Supreme Federal Court, the Federal Cassation Court, the Prosecutor's Office, the Judiciary oversight, and other federal courts that are regulated in accordance with the law."
 In a related context Iraqi forces union called Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and leaders of political blocs, that take it upon themselves to and during the period of a week, the application and document the political agreement which is originally specified time items ceilings.
 Haidar al-Mulla, a leader of the Union during the press conference held in the House of Representatives and attended the "long" yesterday, said that "the government has to do a package of reforms include the enactment of the amnesty law and the abolition of the accountability and justice and legislation of the Federal Court Act and the reform of the judiciary."
