      BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) Parliamentary Finance Committee on Monday revealed, for the study of the project restructuring law Rafidain and Rasheed made available to them, including the possibility of competition in the market.   The committee member said Haitham al-Jubouri in a press statement that "there are three types of restructuring of banks which, financial, legal and operational, and the Finance Committee is studying the legal structure of the banks."   He added that "the legal restructuring of the Rafidain and Rasheed allow them to secede from the owner and the point here is the Ministry of Finance," noting that "this restructuring with large positive aspects of the two banks and the national economy."     He continued that "the restructuring of banks law exists since the previous parliamentary session, and there was involvement of opinion by the World Bank, and the Commission is now discussing this law," adding, "It is expected to submit the project to the presidency of the parliament in the coming period for discussion and voting on it." Jubouri and pointed out that "the two banks they can, after the liberation of the owner, to compete with private sector banks, whether local or international, and also to participate in the profit and loss as they will be known within the financial market."
