BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))

Detect early Wednesday source, for the acquittal of former central bank governor Sinan al-Shabibi and former Minister of Communications Mohammed Allawi of the charges against them.

The source said: "It was acquitted Shabibi and Mohammed Allawi of the charges against them."

The source, who asked not to be named, said: "Al-Shabibi, Allawi returned to Baghdad after that decision."

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi judiciary issued on 4 September 2014 was sentenced to seven years imprisonment against former Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi based on the charges against him during his administration of the Central Bank.

It is noteworthy that Communications Minister Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi, has submitted his resignation of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the background and suspicion in Mali corrupted files affected his ministry and the attempts by some telecommunications companies pass shady deals in Iraq, which was denied by the Minister of Communications, asking not pushing his ministry in the political differences and intersections.  Ended p. That was my next thought, Shabibi should be awarded back as the CBI Governor then. Maybe this is why the Caretaker CBI Governor Alak hasn't been replaced yet since this was going on the background, any thoughts? This could be a HUGH DEAL, like get back on track and a few steps ahead.

I never believed Shabibi was guilty of the charges. IMO, maliki wanted Shabibi out of the way so he could get his thieving hands on the CBI money.  I am hoping Shabibi is placed back as Governor of the CBI, it would not surprise me. :-)

Shabibi was standing in the way protecting the CBI. Remember when Maliki was insisting of being over the CBI and Shabibi would not let that happen. Maliki was wanting control of the money supply. They were to be 2 separate identities.
