Today, Sunday, the head of the Popular Movement's organizing body, Hussein Ali Al-Karawi, considered the government's disregard for the Iraqi resistance's request not to announce any agreement with the murderous Americans at this time as giving legitimacy to the occupier.
Al-Karawi told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The government's signing of an agreement with the Americans regarding the American military presence at this particular time is a betrayal of the blood being shed by America and its partner, Israel."
Al-Karawi doubted this agreement, pointing out that "this agreement is for fraud and deceiving public opinion in order to give legitimacy to the continued presence of the criminal American occupier for an additional year."
He added, "This agreement was imposed by the Biden administration with the complicity of the government to oppress the resistance, which considers the American a partner of the Zionists."
He expressed his lack of confidence in the government, which had previously denied the presence of American combat forces in Iraq, and now signed an agreement with them. End/25H
