    [ltr] The finance minister said on Friday that "there is debate about the calculation of the price of a barrel of oil in the budget between 60 to $ 70," stressing his commitment to a price of $ 70 a barrel to expect "an increase in oil prices because of the winter."[/ltr]
    [ltr] In the same vein, said Abdul Aziz Hassan Hussein, a member of the Commission on Security and Defence parliamentary, "The security system will have the largest share of the state budget allocations because of the circumstances faced by the country," pointing out that "the Commission on Security and Defense does not know the real numbers of the elements of the popular crowd and tribal members ".[/ltr]
