    [ltr] Called on the Iraqi government, on Sunday, countries around the world to help them fight (Daash) before transmission to terrorist activity, indicating that it has spent $ 850 million to help the displaced in next year's budget in 2015, despite the financial crisis as a result of the decline in world oil prices.
     This came during a round table meeting of donor countries, which was held on Sunday, in the guesthouse of prime minister, with the participation of Saleh al-Mutlaq, the deputy prime minister, foreign and finance ministers, as well as the ambassadors of the countries concerned and the United Nations Mission (UNAMI), and attended by the (long-Presse). 
    Said Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Foreign Minister, in his speech during the meeting, said that "the organization Daash commits the most taboo sight the whole world, what was born good feedback Thighs in our meetings in Jeddah and Paris, where the world stood beside Iraq and willingness to provide security and humanitarian aid," noting that "Iraq is a rich country, but one of the richest countries in the region, and has oil, agriculture, tourism and strategic position, but it is exposed to something exceptional, through the attack Daash which did not start it will not end it, it will continue in other areas to threaten the other, especially those that involved nationals countries with that organization. " 
    He called al-Jaafari of the world to "contribute to the fighter Daash with Iraq before the terrorist moves into its territory, because that organization threatens the entire region, without exception," returned to "exceptional circumstance Iraq Lose 40 percent of its resources as a result of the decline in world oil prices." 
    For his part, said Hoshyar Zebari, Minister of Finance, in a statement to reporters on the sidelines of the meeting, "The meeting was a joint on the grounds of the United Nations and the Iraqi government, in order to clarify the situation of displaced people in the country as a result of attack Daash, and they suffer from the current miserable situation."  Zebari said, "The government has given high priority to the displaced and allocated them $ 850 million, nearly trillion dinars, in next year's budget in 2015, despite the difficulties experienced as a result of the significant shortfall in imports." 
    It is noteworthy that the organization (Daash) may impose its control over the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, on the tenth of June, also extended its activities beyond to other provinces, including Salahuddin, Kirkuk and Diyala and Dohuk, Anbar and areas close to the capital, Baghdad, and resulted in the control of the militant group to the displacement of more than two million people to different areas in the country, including the provinces of Kurdistan. 
    The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, expressed, on 28 October last "grave concern" about the difficult situation faced by the more than two million displaced people, and the resulting death of 1,500 children and abort the 138 lady yet, as called for the need to expedite the establishment of Crvanah camps for them, and the transfer of funds earmarked for relief to the provinces that host them.
