Establishment of Al-Ghadeer Residential City in Muthanna

Soon, work on the Al-Ghadeer residential city project, which covers an area of seven thousand dunums, will begin in Muthanna Governorate.
Muthanna Governor Muhannad Al-Attabi said in a statement to Al-Sabah: A large part of the project preparations has been completed after the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities approved it, noting that the new cities will be served in terms of infrastructure, service facilities and environmental determinants in order to keep pace with the requirements of sustainable development and the housing sector's need to accommodate the population increase in all areas of the governorate.
For his part, Muthanna Planning Director Qabel Hamoud Al-Barakat told Al-Sabah: The housing units that the investor will provide to the state will be served and it is responsible for organizing and distributing them according to priorities that are prepared in advance and according to the original entitlements, noting that the residential city will be included in the developer's door so that there will be plots of land served in a new guise.
