[rtl]Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, MP Moeen Al-Kadhimi, revealed today, Sunday, the truth about the existence of new appointments in the three-year budget, while clarifying that these allegations are untrue.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Kadhimi said in an interview followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", "The three-year budget did not include new appointments, except for deletion and replacement degrees."[/rtl]
[rtl]He explained that "the three-year budget included an item that included stopping appointments in ministries and state institutions on permanent staff, contracts and daily wages."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Kadhimi pointed out that "the government's authority is to give ministries the opportunity to deal with deletion and replacement, and only the relevant minister is allowed to rely on the degrees of deletion and replacement."[/rtl]
