    Information / Baghdad.. 
    Member of the Parliamentary Transport and Communications Committee, Ghassan Al-Eidani, revealed today, Saturday, an upcoming meeting of the countries of the Quadripartite Memorandum regarding the development path. 
    Al-Eidani told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The upcoming meeting of Iraq, Turkey, Qatar and the UAE at the ministerial level of transport ministers regarding the development path." 
    He added, "The meeting will discuss the importance of the development path and the linking mechanism from Basra to Türkiye via Europe."
    He pointed out that "the project has financial, political, economic and security aspects that benefit Iraq."
    He explained that "Iraq will be the focus of the world's attention in transporting goods from the East to the West, stressing that the project will attract the economy and exploit the workforce through its implementation or after its operation in addition to large economic resources comparable to oil."
