Member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Saud Al-Saadi, who adopted the filing of the judicial appeal, recently directed a list of parliamentary questions to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Transport, about the constitutional and legal documents for the Civil Aviation Authority's contract with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), based on Cabinet Resolution No. (23197) of 2023, despite the lack of financial, technical and technical need, with the resulting constitutional and legal violations, financial waste and violation of sovereignty, and despite the decision to reject the partnership with the International Finance Corporation issued by the General Company for Airports and Air Navigation concerned with this case. / End 5[/rtl]
