[rtl]The Jordanian Department of Lands and Survey revealed the foreign nationalities that owned the most real estate in Jordan during the first 10 months of this year.[/rtl]
[rtl]The department said in press statements: Iraqi nationality ranked first in non-Jordanian ownership transactions with a total of 524 properties, followed by Syrian nationality with a total of 429 properties. While Saudi nationality came in third place with a total of 322 properties, and American nationality came in fourth place with a total of 143 properties.[/rtl]
[rtl]The volume of real estate trading in Jordan during the first ten months of this year amounted to 5.719 billion dinars, a decrease of 3%, compared to the same period last year.[/rtl]
[rtl]According to the monthly report of the Department of Lands and Survey, the volume of real estate trading in Jordan during last October reached 632 million dinars, an increase of 1% compared to the same month last year, while it decreased by 1% compared to last September.[/rtl]
