Hussein pointed out that "the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research bears a large part of this transformation, as there must be patents related to artificial intelligence and its use and simulation of Iraqi reality, in addition to paying attention to the issue of publishing and benefiting from the experiences of Iraqis abroad, and more precisely, from specialists in artificial intelligence and applying them in Iraq."
