4 new pharmaceutical factories

It is hoped that Samarra Pharmaceutical Company will launch four new factories to produce pharmaceutical products by the end of this year.
According to the company's general manager, Mohammed Abdul Qader Al-Naimi, to "Al-Sabah", "The company implemented its marketing plan by (100) percent during the last quarter of this year for various standard and modern pharmaceutical products for various diseases, and they are currently available in the local market, with the Ministry of Health's preparation, as they compete with imported medicines."
Al-Naimi added that "the company is working to find new outlets to increase revenues and reduce expenses, and the production of the (Amoxicillin) capsule will be resumed after the arrival of raw materials, and the (Samacycline) capsule will be re-launched in the Ibn Sina factory to local markets during the current month after stopping their production due to the difficulty of providing their raw materials, as this will be done according to international specifications."
He explained that "there are new buildings that will be put into service during the first quarter of next year, and they include two factories for producing grains in various forms and uses, and an antibiotics factory. Four factories for producing pharmaceutical preparations will also be inaugurated within the investment plan at the end of this year."
