MP Adnan Al-Jabri, on Saturday, proposed the principle of the rights of the 10 categories to amend Article 14 of the Budget Law.
Al-Jaberi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, "Graduates of oil institutes, ports institutes, engineering colleges, the medical group, health professionals, the appointment of the families of the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, the reinstatement of those whose contracts were terminated from the security guards, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and the security services, and the confirmation of the contracts of the Ministry of Education and the contracts of Decision 315 in the Ministry of Oil and the rest of the ministries are categories that represent thousands of families that we believe in the necessity of doing justice to them and supporting them so that they have the right to be appointed in state institutions."
He added, "The Parliamentary Finance Committee called for amending Article 14 of the Budget Law to provide legal cover for appointing the 10 categories and treating them fairly according to the budget tracks, the first reading of which will soon be held to amend the law in the House of Representatives."
He pointed out that "he stands in solidarity with the rights of these groups and seeks, with the rest of the representatives, to guarantee their rights in the upcoming budget amendments."
It is noteworthy that many groups are waiting for the budget amendments by the House of Representatives in order to guarantee their rights through appointment. End 25 F
