The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the new system for preserving real estate records in an integrated digital database has achieved positive results, especially since it comes within the framework of efforts aimed at enhancing digital transformation and developing government services.

He explained that the new system will archive all real estate documents and records to protect them from damage or loss, as a copy of them will be saved in the National Data Center.

Al-Saadi added that the ministry is in the process of transferring all real estate records to the National Data Center, and thus all real estate records will be saved in a fully secure database, explaining that the most important feature of the center's work is that it relies on updating the systems by adding any amendment to the real estate record.

He pointed out that the ministry has also sent copies of the real estate records to the Central Bank saved on disks, in addition to the presence of a copy of the real estate record in each directorate, in addition to the presence of a copy in the Real Estate Registration Department, which ensures the preservation of citizens' property and prevents it from being damaged or lost, according to the official Al-Sabah newspaper.

Al-Saadi continued that this project is an important step towards achieving the government's vision of developing the digital infrastructure and enhancing electronic services, noting that the ministry has reached advanced stages in the project to archive all real estate records, and that it will soon be completed in all governorates of the country, and the system contains advanced technologies, such as encryption and data protection, to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of information, and provides citizens and investors with the ability to verify real estate data.

He noted that this project will contribute to reducing the time and effort required to complete real estate transactions, and will enhance transparency by providing accurate and updated information on properties, indicating that this development comes within the framework of the government’s commitment to modernizing various sectors, enhancing the business environment, and attracting more investments, through[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Services and facilitating access to them.
