The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the new system for preserving real estate records, which relies on an integrated digital database, has achieved remarkable positive results, as part of the ministry's efforts to enhance digital transformation and develop government services.

Murad Al-Saadi, Director of the Ministry's Media Department, said that the project aims to facilitate access to real estate information, improve the efficiency of procedures, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and security.

Al-Saadi explained that the new system includes archiving all real estate documents and records to protect them from damage or loss, as a copy of them will be stored in the National Data Center, indicating that the systems are continuously updated to ensure that any amendments to the real estate records are recorded immediately.

He added that the ministry has taken additional measures to protect real estate data, including sending copies of the records to the Central Bank on protected disks, while keeping copies in the Real Estate Registration Directorates and the Central Real Estate Registration Department, which enhances information security and preserves citizens' property.

Al-Saadi pointed out that the project represents a fundamental step towards achieving the government's vision of developing digital infrastructure and enhancing electronic services.

He explained that the system includes advanced technologies such as encryption and data protection to ensure confidentiality, in addition to enabling citizens and investors to easily verify real estate ownership data.
He concluded by saying: This development will contribute to reducing the time and effort required to complete real estate transactions, and will enhance transparency by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
The project also comes within the framework of the government's commitment to modernizing various sectors, facilitating the business environment, and attracting more investments.
