[rtl]The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers approved increasing the financial costs of the project to rehabilitate and expand the four entrances to Baghdad, while indicating the total amount.[/rtl]
[rtl]According to documents reviewed by Al-Eqtisad News, “The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has approved increasing the financial costs of the project to rehabilitate the four entrances to Baghdad from 310.5 billion dinars to more than 682 billion dinars.”[/rtl]
[rtl]She added, "The increase amounted to 83.3% of the total adjusted cost, and 248.05% of the total approved cost, which amounted to 195.9 billion dinars."[/rtl]
[rtl]She pointed out that "Baghdad Governorate is entrusting the Ministry of Construction and Housing with supervising and following up on the project, while the financial and contractual aspects remain under the responsibility of Baghdad Governorate."[/rtl]
