    Information / Special..
Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Omid Muhammad, acknowledged today, Tuesday, the difficulty of holding the House of Representatives session today due to the continuing disagreements over controversial laws.
Mohammed said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The House of Representatives session has not been held yet due to the lack of a political agreement to pass the controversial laws, and the meetings are ongoing between the blocs and parties with the aim of reaching understandings, but there is no understanding so far," adding, "There are no signs of holding a parliament session today."
He added, "Including such controversial laws without prior agreement between the blocs and parties always leads to failure to hold sessions, and for this reason we believe that today's session will not be held, and if it is held, those laws will be removed from the agenda and postponed, as has happened several times before."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives decided yesterday to adjourn its session until tomorrow after failing to vote on a number of controversial laws. End 25 min
